Can I download the app now?
TapCare is preparing for its official store launch. For launch or beta access questions, please use the support page. We’ll add App Store and Google Play links here when they’re available.
What is included in BASIC?
BASIC includes 1 family member, 1 pet, 13 care types, and reports covering the past 2 weeks.
Can my family share pet care?
Yes. Family members can record and view care in the same pet space. Family-member and pet limits depend on your plan.
Can I manage recurring schedules and reminders?
You can add recurring care such as meals, medication, and walks to a schedule and keep upcoming items in view. Actual notification behavior can depend on device and permission settings.
Which plans include PDF and CSV reports?
BASIC covers the past 2 weeks, while PREMIUM and above include up to 1 year of report history. PREMIUM includes 5 PDF exports per month; PLUS and above include unlimited PDF and CSV exports.
How do I delete my account and data?
Follow the steps on the public account deletion page. You can also review the privacy policy for details on how data is handled before you request deletion.
Does TapCare provide diagnosis or treatment advice?
No. TapCare organizes everyday care records and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Please speak with a veterinarian for health decisions.
